Refund PolicyCustomers of Maine-ly Title, Inc. (the company which operates this website) shall have ten (10) days from the date of ordering to cancel their order for a refund. In some cases, this refund may be less than original amount paid in order to cover incurred expenses.
After this ten (10) day period, refunds, minus expenses, may be granted on a case-by-case basis at our sole and absolute discretion. The amount of any refund will depend on how much work has gone into processing your order and the amount of third party fees paid by us.
Once agreed upon, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your refund and the time it takes the bank or credit card processor to process our refund request.
You can request a refund by contacting us using any method on our contact us page. With your refund request, please be sure to include your name, email address, VIN number(s), and the date you placed your order.
Please note that no refunds will be granted for vehicles acquired unlawfully. Additionally, titles ordered with incomplete or inaccurate information may incur additional fees.
